Welcome to Fascia Project Wilmington NC!

I fell in love with holistic healing at a very young age.  I began working in an acupuncture clinic when I was just 17 years old. I always had a curiosity for the human body and how it came together as a whole.  This curiosity eventually led me to East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon where I fell in love with the field of massage and bodywork. Over the last 10 years I have worked across the country in Oregon, Utah, Massachusetts and now in Wilmington NC!  Along the way I have  refined my skillset, studied with wonderful teachers and worked on thousands of bodies. I excel in working with clients who have chronic pain, specific postural issues and athletes.

I am passionate about helping people find more comfort in their everyday body.
