Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a specialized bodywork technique that focuses on your fascia—the thin, web-like tissue that surrounds your muscles and organs. When this tissue gets tight or restricted from injury, stress, or poor posture, it can cause pain and stiffness. It incorporates slow and sustained pressure as well as client engagement and movement throughout the session.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Trigger Point/ Neuromuscular  Massage Therapy

Trigger Point/ Neuromuscular massage therapy focus on releasing areas of muscle tension and restoring balance to the body’s soft tissues. This technique targets specific “trigger points” — tight, sensitive spots within a muscle that can cause pain or discomfort locally or in other areas of the body. By applying precise pressure and slow, controlled techniques, this therapy helps reduce chronic pain patterns, improve range of motion, and encourage healthy muscle function. It’s especially beneficial for those dealing with tension headaches, neck or shoulder pain, repetitive strain injuries, or postural imbalances.

Cupping

Cupping Therapy is an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues. This process helps increase blood flow, release fascial restrictions, and draw out deep muscular tension.  During a session, specialized cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect. This encourages circulation, supports the body’s natural detoxification process, and can ease areas of stiffness or chronic discomfort.

Cupping can be added and often is used in our massage therapy treatments free of charge.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage therapy is a focused, therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Unlike a typical relaxation massage therapy, this method uses slow, firm pressure to break up "knots" (adhesions) and release chronic muscle tension
